Check your anti virus programs quarantine section as we've found that occasionally the bootstrapper file gets falsely flagged as a virus.


The fix for it is to get a no-cd patch/crack from one of the various sources out there. (This is due to their inherent vulnerabilities and so while it sucks I applaud Microsoft's choice to no longer support them.) sadly it has to do with securom or other similar products not working in windows 10.
